1.1 Information Security Policy

– The leadership representative and the Information Security Management Team are the focal points for implementing and maintaining the information security management system throughout the organization’s service delivery activities.

– We regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implementation and maintain improvement activities to enhance the efficacy of the information security management system.

– Periodically organize training courses and awareness training for all employees.

1.2 Personal Information Protection Policy

– Rainscales is committed to receiving, using, and appropriately providing personal information and complying with legal regulations and contractual requirements regarding personal information with clients.

– Rainscales ensures the appropriate receipt, use, and provision of personal information through the following measures:

+ Regulate and control the purpose of use when receiving personal information.

+ Prevent the use of personal information outside the specified purposes.

+ Do not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the personal information owner.

– Rainscales is committed to preventing personal information security incidents (leakage, loss, damage, etc.) by applying appropriate management measures.
